[NEW] The Support and Maintenance Service


In February 2017 on the company website Markus announced the unfortunate closure of Ear Works Inc.

Upon discussions with Markus and some very dedicated Ear Works users, I've decided to start an independent support and maintenance service and continue to serve the clinics that want to keep using EW. My plan is to continue growing the software into a new incarnation of Ear Works.

The support and maintenance service will start on May 1, 2017 and includes:
- fixes, new features and upgrades to new versions 
- updated hearing aid price list (basic)
- updated third party billing forms and rules
- email support with 24h guaranteed response time Mon-Fri

The pricing is company and user based (no additional cost per office):
- $100/month base price that includes 2 users
- $15/month for each additional user

This is a monthly subscription that you can cancel anytime (unused period is fully refunded).

Prepayments are rewarded with a small discount: 5% for 6 months and 10% for one year.

Other services, not included in this package, are provided on-demand:
- Training and Scheduled Live Support: $80/hr
- Customizations: $100/hr
- Emergency Support: $120/hr
